Develop and implement individualised/group programs to:
Identify pre- and post-employment requirements for people with disability or who are disadvantaged.
Provide a range of employment training and other options to assist people to obtain employment.
Provide employment training and support to assist people to retain employment.
Ensure a commitment to continuous improvement.

NorthStar Specialist Employment Services supports and assists people who are disadvantaged, have a disability or medical condition to obtain and maintain either full time or part time employment in the open employment market.
We are an ideal service for young adults leaving school and looking to get started in employment and people seeking to return to work who receive the Disability Support Pension.
We are a community based employment service that has been successfully placing people into employment since 1991. We also work closely with local employers to job match our clients into vacancies.
NorthStar has a reputation for "going the extra mile" and this is reflected in the staff that work with and for the client to achieve the best possible result.
Currently we have four offices located in Epping, Reservoir, Greensborough and Heidelberg with highly experienced and skilled employment consultants who are able to assist with your individual employment needs.
